Don't Forget the Cheese!

Vail Valley Jet Center (VVJC), located at the Eagle County Regional Airport, Gypsum, CO, is the latest FBO to become a Certified Customer Service Provider under the Don't Forget the Cheese training program. VVJC is a full service FBO nestled in Vail Valley, the heart of the best ski resort in the Rockies. Nearly 40 FBO employees participated in the customer service training over a two day period which included  robust role playing sessions.
